Updated: Dan to star in The Woman in Black

There has been information surfaced that Daniel will be starring into the supernatural thriller The Woman in Black. A new film adaptation of Susan Hill.The story encompasses the journey of a young attorney (whom Dan would assume to portray if the casting rumour is true), Arthur Kipps, who travels to the home of a deceased client in order to retrieve their papers. While in the client's house, he becomes privy to their secrets, and finds himself in the presence of the mysterious and titular woman in black. If we have more, you read it here.

Update: Hammersmith Films is saying that they are "looking into it" according to Dan involving. And the tweet is removed, so we maybe should see it as a rumor for now..
Update2: Dan has confirmed into a press release that he is going to star in The Woman in Black! Here are quotes from Dan and director James Watkins.

It is thrilling to be working with James Watkins. From his brilliant work on Eden Lake and also having met him and heard his vision for the film, I know he will make a fantastic film.”
